The Format
Not a conference. A gathering.
We have enough conferences. Enough celebrity speakers performing for rooms
full of tired pastors who drive home unchanged.
These gatherings are different in kind. The table is round. The wisdom is shared,
not dispensed. No one here is the expert. Everyone here is a practitioner.
We talk about the real things: the exhaustion, the questions, the stories that
never make it into a Sunday sermon. We sharpen each other. We go back to our cities
with something we couldn't have gotten alone.
Stories. Situational discernment. Mutual formation. Wisdom between practitioners.
These are not pep rallies. This is what it looks like when the church learns from itself.
