Where We Gather

Gatherings

No one is coming for us—but God is with us. So we come to each other. City by city.

The Format

Not a conference. A gathering.

We have enough conferences. Enough celebrity speakers performing for rooms full of tired pastors who drive home unchanged.

These gatherings are different in kind. The table is round. The wisdom is shared, not dispensed. No one here is the expert. Everyone here is a practitioner.

We talk about the real things: the exhaustion, the questions, the stories that never make it into a Sunday sermon. We sharpen each other. We go back to our cities with something we couldn't have gotten alone.

Stories. Situational discernment. Mutual formation. Wisdom between practitioners. These are not pep rallies. This is what it looks like when the church learns from itself.

"Mutual educational stimulation, not pep rallies. The kind of gathering where you say the things you can't say on Sunday."

Before You Come

What to Expect

  • Stories & spaces for honest conversation

What's actually happening in your church. Said plainly, without performance.

  • Situational discernment — not just information

Wisdom applied to real situations, not principles floating in the abstract.

  • Wisdom sharing between practitioners

You have something to offer. So does the person across the table.

  • Podcast recording sessions

Some conversations will be captured. Your voice in the archive, for the ones who weren't there.

  • Bend Weeks: intensive gathering periods

Extended gatherings for those who need more than a day. Space, silence, sustained conversation.
